I began my career as an M&A lawyer, advising international groups for over a decade in Anglo-Saxon banks and law firms. This experience gave me deep insight into the internal mechanics of business transformation — and revealed how often strategic decisions run into underestimated human and cultural barriers. From this, I developed a conviction: creativity and agility are essential keys for navigating the unknown and building meaningful futures.

For over 15 years, I’ve supported leaders, entrepreneurs, teams, and organizations at pivotal moments of change. I blend strategic vision, inventiveness, relational dynamics, and the ability to adapt and spark renewal — helping them find their way through a complex and turbulent world.

My holistic, impactful approach goes beyond surface changes to unlock potential, foster inner commitment, and uncover the deeper motivations that fuel sustainable success and genuine transformation.

To support you effectively, I am certified as a Master Coach (MCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and hold a Master’s in Business Coaching from International Mozaïk (RNCP II). I’m also trained in The Human Element approach (Will Schutz), a certified Master Practitioner in Ericksonian Hypnosis (NGH) and NLP (IN), as well as in Systemic Coaching, Deep Neural Reprocessing (similar to EMDR), and various intuitive, energetic, and psychometric tools. I often use these to access both conscious and unconscious representations. With a background in corporate law, I remain sensitive to the concept of organizational integrity and actively follow developments in purpose-driven companies, which I frequently accompany. I also maintain a personal artistic practice across various media in a reflection closely tied to the unknown. Alongside ongoing training, my practice is professionally supervised.
